Career Fair Coaching Crew
We are excited to launch the Career Fair Coaching Crew, an initiative designed to provide on-the-spot coaching and success tips to Kean University students and graduates as they navigate the Career Fair.
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for volunteers in the following areas:
- Career Coaches (Alumni, Staff, and Employers): Provide students with quick coaching on resumes, interview techniques, and networking skills.
- Event Volunteers: Assist with directing students to coaching stations, managing queues, and ensuring a smooth process.
